WTX Ruthless Rivera 16U

West Texas Ruthless Rivera 16U is part of the Crystal Bustos' Ruthless Softball family. The Ruthless Softball program prepares and challenges our athletes to compete on the field by using both the physical and mental elements of the game in order to compete at the highest levels.

We play tournaments and showcases for college exposure, while providing a constructive, values-based learning environment on and off the field. Our team also has College Recruiting Coordinators that actively helps each student-athlete with their college recruiting. 

In addition to the team's hard work on the field, our student-athletes work hard off the field in the class room. Our team has a combined average GPA of 3.7 We take pride in our young women’s academic achievements and always demand our ladies put their studies first. Studying in between games and regular progress report monitoring is a common occurrence on Texas Ruthless Rivera 14U

Texas Ruthless Rivera is Managed by Jose Luis Rivera along with assistant coach Victor Martinez. Jose L. Rivera has 8 years of coaching experience between recreational and travel softball and played high school baseball as well as football. Coach Victor Martinez has 11 years of experience in softball and brings with him great deal of knowledge of the sport. Both coaches come from a military background with service in the United States Army.
