NTX Ruthless Richards/Thompson 12U

NTX Ruthless Richards 12U (Formerly Texas Outlaws) is now part of the Crystl Bustos' Ruthless Sports Training family. The Ruthless Softball program is one that prepares and challenges our athletes to compete on the field of competition by using the physical and mental elements of the game in order to compete at the highest levels. We play tournaments and recreational league, while providing a constructive, values- based learning environment on and off the field.

In addition to the team's hard work on the field, our student-athletes work hard off the field in the classroom. We take pride in the high academics our young women have achieved and always demand our ladies put their studies first. Our young future leaders also participate in community service projects as a team to learn more about the community we call home. 

NTX Ruthless Richards 12U is managed and coached by Clint Richards. Clint is a dedicated coach within the travel and recreation softball world with many successful years coaching young ladies to be their best. Our teams assistant coach is Jason Thompson who excelled in Baseball playing in the minor league. He now brings his experience to the softball world and has several years of leading teams to victory. 

NTX Ruthless Richards 12U has open tryouts in August, after this tryouts are by invitation only. If you have interest in our program please contact Clint Richards directly to learn more.
